After gaining a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Computer Engineering for Decision-making and Economic Evaluation at the Université Lumière Lyon 2, her career path led her, in addition to BI, to work in project management assistance, project management and CRM integration. Today, drawing on all this experience, she masters the dual technical and functional language of business intelligence expertise and regularly runs training courses for ORSYS.
