He has more than 25 years of experience in continuous improvement. Coach and trainer, he is an Arts et Métiers engineer and certified Black Belt Lean Six Sigma®. He now works within the company Spitfire Conseil where he carries out Lean missions in the aeronautics, agri-food and pharmaceutical sectors in particular.
