After gaining a Master's degree in management, he moved to Shanghai in 2004, where he set up three companies. One of them specialised in Experiential Learning Team Building training for the top management teams of multinationals based in Asia. Returning to France in 2016, he continues to work as a consultant and professional trainer on the subjects of management, public speaking and sales techniques. He supports teams, according to their needs, through training, team coaching and team building.
