Her career in specialised retailing has enabled her to develop skills in team management, customer relations and human resources. These different experiences have enabled her to support corporate projects by developing and steering training programmes and managing change with team managers. Today, she works with training organisations specialising in management, personal development and customer relations to create and run training courses.
