He has over 25 years' experience in continuous improvement. A coach and trainer, he is a graduate of the Arts et Métiers engineering school and is a certified Lean Six Sigma® Black Belt. He now works for Spitfire Conseil, where he carries out Lean missions in the aeronautical, agri-food and pharmaceutical sectors in particular.
