Who are the trainers?
All our trainers must be accredited and certified by the publishers. To this end, they have successfully completed an official validation process (training, preparation, exams and interviews) and have obtained the authorisation to deliver a publisher's official training courses.

3. How to obtain certification
First of all, it's important to understand that the certification exam requires you to meet certain eligibility criteria.
Generally, to sit a certification exam, you must :
- Comply with pre-requisites, e.g. a level of knowledge, a level of practical experience, professional experience.
- Have taken one or more official training courses. How much training? The number varies depending on the publisher and the certification concerned.
For example, to obtain the title of Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, it is recommended that you take four different Google courses before you can sit the certification exam. However, Google does not require you to take any of its official training courses in order to sit an exam.
In contrast, to obtain Veeam, Stormshield or Kubernetes certification, you only need to take one course, but you must have taken the official training course to sit the certification exam.
What language are the courses taught in?
Our courses are taught in French. But as the certifications are international, the course materials, practical work and certification exams are in English, with a few exceptions.
How long does it take to get certified?
Official training courses last between 1 and 5 days. After the course, however, personal revision work lasting one to two months is strongly recommended. Then there's the time it takes to sit the certification exam, the organisation of which is the responsibility of each organisation.
Is it possible to take distance learning courses?
Yes, perfectly. ITTCERT training courses follow the same procedures as those offered by ORSYS. So you can follow our distance learning courses wherever you are. All you need is an Internet connection. ITTCERT creates a virtual environment adapted to the training.
You can also take face-to-face courses at one of our 32 training centres in the main regions of France, close to your company, as well as in Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
How much does training and certification cost?
Our prices vary according to the number of days of training. On average, you should expect to pay around €3,000 excluding VAT for four days. But our first prices start at €700-800 for fundamental Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure training courses held over one day.
How does an exam work?
Passing procedures depend on the publisher. ITTCERT by ORSYS can help you pass some of your certification exams as an approved Pearson VUE exam centre.
The Cisco, Microsoft, Veeam and VMWare exams can be taken either at our Pearson VUE exam centre in Paris La Défense (or any other Pearson VUE exam centre), or online.
Google Cloud exams can be taken either face-to-face at a centre accredited by Kryterion, or online.
The Kubernetes, Scrum.org and Stormshield certifications can only be obtained online from their respective websites.
