[3 questions to Stéphane Guy]
The ORSYS Enterprise Webinar is a format that enables you to inform, raise awareness and unite your teams remotely. Educational engineering, technical support, moderation... the webinar team provides you with personalised support to design and run your online conferences successfully. Stéphane Guy is an educational engineer who is involved in the production of ORSYS webinars. He talks to us about them.
1/ What are the main characteristics of an ORSYS Enterprise Webinar?
A Business Webinar lasts between 30 minutes and 2 hours. It allows to reach a large number of remote participantsOn average, around a hundred people attend. It is therefore an important event that requires good preparation beforehand and reliable equipment on the big day. With ORSYS, designing and running a webinar is simple, fast and reliable.
"Simple, fast and reliable
Since this format was introduced, we have organised over 200 webinars, including 30 in 2021. So we've built up a wealth of expertise in organising this type of event.
First of all, it's simple from an educational point of view. Internally, we have a dedicated team the production of webinars. We draw on a network of expert trainers to deliver the webinars.
Secondly, it's fast. A webinar can be produced in a month.
Finally, it's technically reliable. We have the resources in terms of hardware, software and Internet connection to deal with any unforeseen events.
2/ When it comes to teaching, what are the main advantages of an Enterprise Webinar?
In terms of teaching, our network of trainers is our greatest strength. More than 1,400 expert speakers on a variety of subjects in digital technologies, management/personal development and business skills.
The webinar team is made up of five people. They take care of all the upstream preparation and, in particular, the co-construction of the webinar programme and the visual support in conjunction with the speaker and the company. This 30- to 40-slide support is designed in conjunction with our expert. It is adapted to the subject and duration of the Corporate Webinar.
"A team dedicated to producing the webinar".
During the webinar, 15 minutes are devoted to questions from participants. They can also use the chat room to ask questions as they go along. Depending on the number of participants, we provide one or two moderators who ensure the quality of interactions.
3/ How do you manage the technical aspects and any contingencies?
From a technical point of view, we have a full range of equipment. For example, producing a webinar requires several computer workstations. Two are for the presenters. Two others are used for moderation. A test station allows us to check in real time that the webinar is running smoothly for the participants.
We also have the equipment needed to manage any technical incidents that may arise during a live broadcast. For example, all our equipment is "doubled up" to enable us to deal with any contingencies (back-up computer workstations). In the event of an Internet outage, we switch over to a back-up line or secondary Internet link.
For broadcasting, we use the Livestorm software solution. This enables us to produce audience data. Finally, the replay is available a few minutes after the live broadcast.
All this means that we can ensure the smooth running and delivery of the Enterprise Webinar.
