What is QWC? It's an approach that reconciles the improvement of working conditions with the company's overall performance. There are no ready-made solutions. The ideal solution? An approach that adapts to your needs and resources.

Here are just a few of the avenues to explore 5 key areas :

Optimise the ergonomics of your workspaces

Depending on how you organise your work (partitioned offices, open space, teleworking, flex office), your employees may have different needs.

  • Modular furniture and ergonomic IT equipment
  • User-friendly or confidential areas
  • Acoustics, lighting...

Ask your employees

Take the pulse of the company:

  • The platforms HRIS sometimes offer tools for surveying employees (satisfaction surveys).
  • Take part in informal exchanges (authenticity, proximity, trust).

Encourage dialogue

Initiate the dialogue:

  • Communication initiatives (posters, social networks, internal newsletter, etc.)
  • Events (management/staff breakfasts, themed afterworks, etc.)

Pay close attention to social dialogue: staff representatives are in the front line when it comes to raising needs.

Adapt your working conditions

Depending on the constraints of your business, set up or structure :

  • Telework
  • Flexible working hours

Offer your employees career prospects
