She began her career as a care assistant, then went on to train as a nurse, demonstrating her commitment to patient care and well-being.
Over the years, she rose through the ranks of her profession, becoming a health executive, where she played a key role in managing teams and organising care. Her expertise eventually led her to take up a management position in a home for the dependent elderly (EHPAD).
From 2010, she shared her knowledge and experience by becoming a trainer, contributing to the training of healthcare professionals. Following a Master's degree in Educational Engineering, she was appointed Educational and Scientific Director in 2017, strengthening her role in developing training programmes and promoting research in healthcare.
From 2012 to 2014, and since 2022, she has been an assessor in social and medico-social establishments and services (ESSMS), providing her expertise to guarantee the quality of services provided to the most vulnerable people.
