She began her career as a nursing assistant and then continued her training to become a nurse, demonstrating her commitment to the well-being and care of patients.

Over the years, she climbed the ranks of her profession, becoming a healthcare executive, where she played an essential role in managing teams and organizing care. Her expertise ultimately led her to occupy a management position within an accommodation establishment for dependent elderly people (EHPAD).

From 2010, she shared her knowledge and experience by becoming a trainer, thus contributing to the training of health professionals. Following a Master 2 in educational engineering, she was appointed in 2017, educational and scientific director, which strengthened her role in the development of training programs and the promotion of research in the field of health care.

From 2012 to 2014, then since 2022, she has been an evaluator within social and medico-social establishments and services (ESSMS), providing her expertise to guarantee the quality of services provided to the most vulnerable people.
