Initially a salesman, then a trainer and training designer, he is now an e-learning project manager, holds a master's degree in NLP, is co-founder of a consultancy specialising in communication and sales techniques, and is president of an improvisation league. He puts all his experience in the field to work for salespeople. It is not uncommon to see him out in the field accompanying salespeople during their prospecting and customer meetings. He is the author of the illustrated book Vendeurs: Tous les secrets pour répondre aux objections (Editions Vuibert).
