A graduate of EPHEC in Brussels, trained at INSEAD and at Coaching Ways, he rose through the ranks of the sales function for 20 years (key-account manager, sales manager, regional purchasing manager, business unit director) then managed the subsidiaries Benelux of large European industrial companies. A fine connoisseur of cultural issues within multinationals, he now helps companies improve their results by developing the skills and ability of employees to work as a team. Specializing in operational strategy, he trains and coaches in French, Dutch, English and German in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
