A graduate of EPHEC in Brussels and trained at INSEAD and Coaching Ways, he climbed the commercial ladder for 20 years (key account manager, sales manager, regional purchasing manager, business unit director) before heading up the Benelux subsidiaries of major European industrial companies. An expert in cultural issues within multinationals, he now helps companies to improve their results by developing the skills and ability of their staff to work as a team. Specialising in operational strategy, he trains and coaches in French, Dutch, English and German in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
