After more than 20 years teaching French as a foreign language (FLE) to adults from all over the world, and more than 10 years helping her fellow trainers to improve their skills and analyse their practice, Marion Viennois logically became a trainer of trainers in all specialities so that trainers could benefit from her professional experience and expertise. 

Coming into contact with the world during her first career gave her an openness to heterogeneity and gave her the essential keys to her profession as an andragogue. Her dynamic and playful nature has also naturally led her towards a highly participative and dynamic form of teaching.

It specialises in the training of occasional trainers at all levels and in all professions, either to enable business experts to become trainers, or so that trainers already in post can improve their practices and become ever more effective and fulfilled. In particular, it contributes to the training of ORSYS training partners.
