As a general engineer and a manager and team coach, he manages projects in the following areas digital transformation for three decades with SMEs, ETIs and major companies (Candia, King Jouet, Enedis, ING, Louis Dreyfus, Desjardins). He uses multi-project planning tools such as Project, Clarity and Sciforma, and collaboration tools such as Trello, Teamwork and Planview. Today, it trains managers and pursues two objectives: to demystify project management for the most novice and to professionalise the profession of project manager.
