A general engineer and manager and team coach, he has been leading digital transformation projects for three decades, working with SMEs and ETIs as well as major companies (Candia, King Jouet, Enedis, ING, Louis Dreyfus, Desjardins). He uses multi-project planning tools such as Project, Clarity and Sciforma, and collaboration tools such as Trello, Teamwork and Planview. Today, it trains managers and pursues two objectives: to demystify project management for the most novice and to professionalise the profession of project manager.
