A general engineer, manager and team coach, he has led digital transformation projects for three decades with SMEs, mid-caps and large brands (Candia, King Cadeau, Enedis, ING, Louis Dreyfus, Desjardins). It relies on multi-project planning tools such as Project, Clarity or Sciforma, and on collaboration tools like Trello, Teamwork, Planview. Today, he trains managers and pursues two objectives: to demystify project management for the most novice and to professionalize the job of project manager.
