A nurse for 20 years and a trainer for healthcare professionals since 2018, she specialises in methods of communication between carers and carers, such as the Person Centred Approach (PCA), Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and the Validation Method.

A mediator in Non-Violent Communication and a relaxation therapist, she now devotes her time to training healthcare professionals in conflict management and various tools for communicating between carers and patients. She also works with healthcare managers in the fields of communication and team cohesion.

She also works part-time as a trainer at a training institute for care assistants (IFAS). Three years ago, she created the YouTube channel "Sandrine Massoc", specially designed for carers.
