After an operational career of more than 10 years in sales and management of sales teams, she joined a management and commercial efficiency consulting firm for more than 6 years as a senior consultant. Today, she supports managers in taking up their position to establish their positioning and also builds commercial optimization and stress management modules for their teams. Inspired by lived experiences and encounters, she is trained in NLP, AT and PCM tools.
