After more than 10 years' operational experience in sales and sales team management, she joined a management and sales effectiveness consultancy for more than 6 years as a senior consultant. Today, she supports managers as they take up their new roles, helping them to establish their position, and also develops sales optimisation and stress management modules for their teams. Inspired by her own experiences and encounters, she is trained in NLP, AT and PCM tools. As a coach and trainer, she places meaning at the heart of management actions, using a pragmatic, fun and energising approach.
