A DESMA graduate, he has 30 years of experience in purchasing. After working as a purchasing director, in 2015 he created YLCCONSEIL, a consultancy firm specializing in responsible purchasing which supports companies in developing their solidarity purchases from the disability sector, obtaining the RFAR Label and carrying out their carbon footprint. Member of the Brittany region steering committee of the National Purchasing Council, he regularly runs workshops relating to responsible purchasing. A CSR auditor, he also teaches responsible purchasing at Paris-Saclay University.
