After a career specialising in business and marketing, she forged her experience in the digital sector, quickly moving into digital training in 2013. Since 2016, she has been the Managing Director of ISTF, a specialist training institute dedicated to supporting trainers and, more generally, those involved in training in their transition to digital learning. Through the training and support offered by ISTF, she guides and advises her customers in building and implementing their own training strategies and projects.
