Thanks to his 17 years' experience, he has developed a strong ability to pass on his knowledge. Initially working in an operational capacity in the aeronautical industry (maturity diagnostics, performance management, etc.), he continued his career in supplier support and as a project manager. In this role, he acquired extensive experience in supporting and rolling out continuous improvement projects, while at the same time ensuring that teams' skills were enhanced.
