A graduate in cultural management, she worked for over 15 years in a communications agency (Havas, Publicis). Passionate about CSR, intuition and people, she founded VedaCom, a positive transformation lab, in 2009. An HEC-certified coach and appreciative inquiry and systemic constellation practitioner, she coaches and trains managers and atypical profiles. She is the co-author of three books: Les 50 outils du coach (Studyrama pro), En toute bienveillance and Ateliers Méditation (ESF éditeur).
