After obtaining a Master's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ESSEC, she first worked in Italy for a consultancy, coaching and training firm specialising in management and professional effectiveness. There, she carried out a number of assignments, assisting managers from major international groups with strategic projects and skills development. During this period, she also took on a role as a designer of innovative educational programmes. She joined ORSYS in 2009 to manage the company management, management and law training offering. She is now Head of Educational Innovation.
