After obtaining a Master's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ESSEC, she first worked in Italy for a consultancy, coaching and training firm specialising in management and professional effectiveness. There, she carried out a number of assignments, assisting managers from major international groups with strategic projects and skills development. During this period, she also took on the role of designer of innovative educational programmes. She joined ORSYS in 2009 to take charge of the company management, management and law training offering. She is now Head of Educational Innovation.
