An expert in training engineering and certified professional coach, he supports and advises SMEs and mid-sized companies in optimizing their internal training process. He designs and runs multimodal training courses focused on real work situations. Internal training courses, AFEST, tutoring, e-learning platform and co-development are some of the solutions it deploys.
