After a number of team management experiences in the industrial sector, he set up Savoir&être in 2014, a consultancy specialising in operational management and skills development in the workplace. An expert in training engineering and a certified professional coach, he supports and advises SMEs and SMIs on optimising their internal training processes. He designs and runs multimodal training courses based on real-life work situations. In-house training courses, AFEST, tutoring, e-learning platforms and co-development are just some of the solutions he deploys.
