Director of a socio-cultural center, training manager and intercultural project manager, for around fifteen years, she was interested in the impact of stereotypes in our practices and our professional relationships. Alternating professional experiences and university studies, she is part of an action research and practice analysis approach. She created Les Flamboyantes in order to participate through training in the promotion of diversity, the fight against discrimination and intercultural relations.
