As director of a social and cultural centre, training manager and head of intercultural projects, for some fifteen years she has been interested in the impact of stereotypes in our professional practices and relationships. Alternating between professional experience and university studies, she has adopted an approach based on action research and analysis of practices. She set up Les Flamboyantes to help promote diversity, combat discrimination and foster intercultural relations through training.
