An expert in gamification, he founded Fidbak, an agency specializing in the design of engaging and fun experiences. It supports public actors (Hauts-de-France region, Ministry of Ecological Transition, etc.) as well as private actors (Egis, Decathlon, Civitime) thanks to its method and tools, in particular Gamifi'cartes, a game of creativity on gamification. He is also co-author of The Gamification Toolbox (Dunod, March 2021).
