An expert in gamification, he founded Fidbak, an agency specialising in the design of engaging, playful experiences. He works with public bodies (Hauts-de-France region, Ministry of Ecological Transition, etc.) as well as private players (Egis, Decathlon, Civitime) using his method and tools, in particular Gamifi'cartes, a creativity game based on gamification. He is also co-author of La Boîte à outils de la gamification (Dunod, March 2021).
