A consultant/trainer with 16 years' management experience, mainly in the public sector, including 15 years in project management, she has been PMP® certified since 2006. As Director of Strategy, Resources and Assets for a public-private partnership, her assignments include: corporate strategy consulting, managing and implementing a project portfolio, managing and leading projects (ERP changeover, CRM implementation, organisational changes, etc.), managing multi-disciplinary teams, change management and organisational implementation. She also runs training courses on project management (fundamentals, specific and tailored sessions, certification courses).
