After gaining a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Personnel Management, she spent 20 years as a HR Director (Thomson CSF, ITEP, then VERILOG). In 2000, she set up Tetragora.com, a recruitment consultancy specialising in assisting companies with their HR issues. She is also an NLP master practitioner and MBTI® certified. She has been a consultant and trainer with ORSYS for many years and is the author of several books, including "Libérez votre entreprise" (Editions Eyrolles).
