For almost 20 years, she has been involved in the world of project management, working with start-ups, SMEs and major groups to coach project managers/scrum masters and their teams in France and abroad. Convinced that the success of projects depends, among other things, on the involvement of its members, she has specialised in collective dynamics, particularly through the Belbin theory. Today, as a project expert, she is helping to train the players of today and tomorrow.
