Campagna Lilia
Health
She began her career as a nurse, then continued her training to become a health executive.
From 2004 to 2012, she worked as a nurse in an emergency department, discovering the complexity of caring for patients. She then joined the 2ᵉ CHU de France in the post-emergency hospitalisation unit, deepening her skills and mastering specific techniques such as invasive and non-invasive ventilation. She also worked in medical intensive care, getting involved in supporting students and new professionals and honing her skills.
She then moved on to management roles in specialist care, medicine and surgery, developing her ability to analyse critically and summarise. In this role, she played a key role in managing teams and organising care. She was also involved in the selection of future trainees, sitting on various competitive examination panels.
One of the common threads running through her career has been caring for patients at the end of their lives. As a nurse, she provided attentive and compassionate care to her patients, accompanying them at their most vulnerable moments.
As a health executive, she then guided and supported the nursing teams in the care of patients at the end of life, ensuring that their dignity, comfort and well-being were at the heart of every decision and every action.
Since 2012, she has been providing training in training institutes and in health and medico-social establishments, drawing on her experience as a nurse and manager. Her expertise finally led her, in 2021, to set up her own training company, to bring her knowledge to bear on individual and collective support, always guided by her personal and caring values.
