A management trainer for 26 years, notably with the 3 public services, she works on the themes of cross-functional and remote management, the implementation of organisational tools and issues linked to psychosocial risks.

It provides training for all staff. Both those in category C on work organisation, and those in categories B and A on local management or project management.

It works with a wide range of organisations, including the CNFPT (national centre for local civil servants), prefectures, regional health agencies, hospitals, and the Ministries of Justice and Defence.
