She began her career as an IT engineer with a multinational company in Sophia Antipolis. Following experience abroad, she gradually moved into IT project management. She spent eight years working as a project manager on her company's key projects, in a multicultural context. These experiences enabled her to step out of her comfort zone and find her own way of communicating and interacting with colleagues and clients.

She became passionate about coaching when she realised that the human brain works like a computer. So she trained in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), neuroscience, transactional analysis and coaching.

As a coach, she helps people who need it to update their obsolete programmes, to solve their problems or achieve their goals more easily and more quickly.
