A consultant, training expert, trainer of trainers and individual development trainer, he entered the world of training in 1988 at Sun Microsystems, where he led technical training courses, translated and created training materials. He subsequently became head of training and honed his experience at Microsoft by setting up the Microsoft Partner Academy, offering a full range of training courses. He now works as a freelance trainer, specialising in training engineering and needs analysis.
