Founder of the uPsilience brand, she is a consultant, trainer, ICA auditor and certified facilitator in collective intelligence. For over 15 years, she has been working with companies (VSEs, SMEs, ETIs) in a wide range of sectors, helping them with their organisational transformation (quality, operational excellence, continuous improvement, project management, customer relations, etc.). Her motto: make complicated things simple. As a disabled person, she also works with companies to inform them and raise their awareness of disability issues.
