An entrepreneur for over 30 years and founder of two communications agencies, she decided 12 years ago to put people at the heart of business performance. To achieve this, she set up BE-NOME, a training organisation specialising in communications.

A certified professional coach and practitioner of a range of methods linked to human functioning, such as NLP, the DISC method, synergology, questiology, global negotiation and Ericksonian hypnosis, she is a behaviourist and expert in relational communication and professional effectiveness.

She shares her skills through training, coaching, conferences and a book on leadership entitled "Le Réveil du Leader".
