An expert in team and project management within the public sector, he draws on more than 10 years of experience as a senior civil service executive. A journey during which he supported communities and services with high stakes around the issues of commitment and loyalty of agents, but also for the modernization of management and public management. Today, through his consulting firm “Institut des Territoires”, he supports territories and economic players in their common development.
