Governance of AI

The governance of AI in an organisation consists of putting in place a framework that enables artificial intelligence to be developed and used responsibly and in line with the company's objectives.

It includes

  • Strategy and alignment defining an IA strategy that is consistent with the organisation's vision and objectives.
  • Ethics and compliance Establishing ethical rules and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards (AI regulations).
  • Steering structures Creating dedicated bodies (such as a governance committee, appointing managers, etc.) to oversee AI projects.
  • Risk management Identifying and mitigating AI-related risks (bias, security, etc.).
  • Training and communication Raising awareness and training teams in the challenges and best practices of AI.

This system promotes the secure, transparent and innovative use of AI within the organisation.
